Privacy Policy

Interlerp LLC apps collect no personal data.

Applies to: this website and every app published by Interlerp LLC on any platform, including the Apple App Store, unless an app links to its own separate policy.

The short version

Interlerp LLC does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personal information from the people who use our apps. There are no accounts on our servers, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) that gather data. Our apps work without an internet connection. Everything you create in an app stays on your device unless you personally choose to export it, back it up, or connect the app to a service you control.

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to lose, leak, or hand over.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, contacts, photos, health data, financial data, or any other personal information.
  • We do not use analytics, telemetry, crash reporters, advertising networks, attribution SDKs, or fingerprinting.
  • We do not track you across apps or websites, and no app asks for permission to do so.
  • We do not require or offer user accounts on any Interlerp server.
  • We do not sell personal information and never have. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
  • We do not send push notifications from any server. Any reminder or alert shown by an app is scheduled locally on your device and never leaves it.
  • We do not include third-party code that reports usage back to anyone.

Data that stays on your device

Our apps save things like settings, progress, saved games, documents, notes, and schedules so that they are there when you come back. This data is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device using the platform’s standard mechanisms (local databases, local files, and local storage). We cannot see it.

Backups. If you use a platform backup service (such as iCloud Backup) or a computer backup, the operating system may include app data in that backup. That backup belongs to you and is governed by the backup provider’s privacy policy, not by us.

Deletion. Deleting an app from your device permanently deletes all data the app stored, apart from any exports or backups you made yourself.

Device permissions

Some apps may ask the operating system for permission to use a device feature — for example the camera, photo library, calendar, reminders, notifications, or cloud storage. Every such request is optional, is triggered only by a feature you choose to use, and is used solely for that feature on your device. Anything read through a permission (for example, a photo you pick or text recognized from it) is processed on the device and is not uploaded. Anything written through a permission (for example, a calendar event or reminder) goes only into your own apps and accounts on your device. Declining a permission never disables the rest of an app.

Optional services you choose to connect

Some apps can optionally connect to a server or online service — for example to sync with another person, to use an assistant feature, or to store a backup in your own cloud account. Interlerp LLC does not operate any public server for its apps. If you connect one, the service is run by you or by a provider you have chosen, and that operator — not Interlerp — is responsible for the data on it and for its own privacy policy. When you use such a feature, the app sends only what is necessary for it (for example, the text of a request you typed, or the items you asked to sync) to the service you configured. Nothing is sent anywhere until you configure a service yourself. Every app is fully usable without one.

Children

Our apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Some of our apps are suitable for young children, and this policy applies to them without exception. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and there is no mechanism in any of our apps by which we could. Parents who have questions can contact us using the details below.

Third parties

The only third parties involved in delivering our apps are the platform stores that distribute them (such as Apple’s App Store), which may process purchase, download, and device information under their own privacy policies. We receive only the aggregated, anonymous statistics those stores make available to every developer, which contain no personal information.

This website

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. If you send us a message through the contact form, the information you enter is used only to reply to you and is not shared with anyone else.

Security

Because our apps keep data on your device, the security of that data is provided by your device’s protections such as your passcode, biometric unlock, and encrypted storage. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode.

Your rights

Under laws such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because Interlerp LLC does not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port. Any data an app holds is on your device, where you can view it in the app and delete it by deleting the app. If you believe we hold any personal data about you, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We do not transfer personal data internationally, because we do not collect any.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what an app does with data, we will update this page before the change ships, revise the effective date at the top, and describe the change in the app’s release notes. We will never apply a change retroactively to data you have already created.
